88zhibo Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 88zhibo platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before registering an account or using any of the services offered. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1 Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 88zhibo platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To register and use 88zhibo's services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
- Not appearing on any exclusion or restriction list related to online gambling services.
- Registration is for individuals only — corporate or joint accounts are not permitted.
88zhibo reserves the right to reject registration applications or restrict access without providing a reason, where there are indications that eligibility requirements have not been met.
2 Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 88zhibo. Registering multiple accounts, whether using different details or by any other means, is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without compensation.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Information subject to verification includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal balance.
Password Security & Access
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 88zhibo will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs through your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.

3 Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions
88zhibo users agree to use the platform lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with its intended purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or legal proceedings:
- Using automated software or tools (bots, scripts, or third-party programs) to access the platform or manipulate betting outcomes.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
- Transferring balances or bonuses between accounts without platform authorisation.
- Exploiting technical errors, system bugs, or odds inconsistencies for illegitimate gain.
- Abusing promotions or bonus offers in a manner that contradicts the stipulated terms and conditions.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person.
88zhibo reserves the right to take immediate action against any account suspected of involvement in the above activities, including temporarily freezing the account while an investigation is in progress.
4 Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information in MYR
Supported Payment Methods
All transactions on 88zhibo are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including DuitNow and FPX (Financial Payment Services) via major Malaysian banks. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name — using another person's bank account or payment method is strictly prohibited.
Deposit
Deposits are credited to your 88zhibo account once confirmation is received from the payment provider — typically within minutes for DuitNow and FPX. 88zhibo is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers. Credited deposits are non-reversible.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are processed only to the bank account registered under the same name as the 88zhibo account holder. Withdrawal requests may be subject to standard identity verification. 88zhibo reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing pending the completion of verification if any suspicious activity is detected. All bonus funds that have not met the minimum wagering requirements are ineligible for withdrawal.
For any disputed transaction, users are encouraged to contact support within 14 calendar days from the date of the transaction in question.
5 Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
88zhibo provides its platform on an "as is" basis, without any implied or express warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88zhibo shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, server downtime, or software errors.
Account Suspension & Closure
88zhibo reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected or confirmed fraud, requests from relevant authorities, or where continued use of the account conflicts with the platform's legitimate interests. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to the recovery of any balance associated with the violating activity. Any legitimate remaining balance following an audit will be returned via the same method as the original deposit, provided there are no outstanding legal issues.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, interface designs, software code, and other materials on the 88zhibo platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 88zhibo or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, sell, republish, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from 88zhibo.
Third-Party Links
The 88zhibo platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 88zhibo does not control, take responsibility for, or provide any warranties regarding the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6 Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Right to Amend Terms
88zhibo reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from the use of the 88zhibo platform shall be resolved through a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism, with the relevant courts in Malaysia serving as the primary jurisdiction.
